1The Sales Account Managers

The successful sales professional will be highly motivated and effectively manages sales leads as well as identifies prospective opportunities in corporate and Government entities with 5+ years of AV Sales experience in U.A.E. Proven ability to develop and maintain solid business relationships within the various decision-makers and influencers at all levels in your assigned accounts. Strong personal relationships preferred.

The Sales Account Managers will be required to perform the following  job-related activities:
  • Develop a detailed understanding of ADECO products and services.
  • Exhibit a consultative sales approach to determine a customer’s needs.
  • Develop price quotations and bid responses that are complete, accurate
  • Establish professional relationships with Manufactures, Vendors and engineering personnel.
  • Active and ongoing prospecting to increase ADECO customer base in U.A.E
  • Ability to meet annual sales and margin goals as defined by management
  • Seeking a Long-Term Commitment.
  • Maintains a High Standard of Integrity & Professionalism.

The Account Manager will possess excellent communications skills, (both verbal and written) be organized with sales forecasting and have the ability to understand, present and demonstrate solutions and services to end user customers

2AUDIO VISUAL INTEGRATION PROJECT SUPERVISOR

Job Description:

  • Project management
  • Equipment Installation/Tech Management
  • Design and Engineering
  • Site Survey
  • Administrative

Requirements:

  • Minimum two years of experience in Audio visual system or similar Industry
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a technical subject or equivalent and related work experience in Audio Visual Field with emphasis in AV Integration Project Management.
  • Should have good communication skill preferably U.A.E driving license but not mandatory.
  • Ability to think and work independently, meeting deadlines as necessary
  • Demonstrate job site leadership, mentor less experienced technical staff.
  • Willing to Join with in 20 - 30 days

3EXECUTIVE - SALES

The ideal candidate will integrate technical knowledge with leadership skills. The position requires the ability to both work independently and oversee responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Run and oversee the scheduling, progress, and resource allocation of projects.
  • Communicate and collaborate effectively with Sales, Installation, and Management teams, as well as the client.
  • Schedule and hold team meetings on a consistent basis.
  • Serve as a point of contact for clients and ensure all needs are met.
  • AdministrativeDevelop and deliver project documentation to track progress.
  • Evaluate and ensure all installations maintain best practice and our client's standards.

Requirements:

  • Minimum two years of experience in Audio visual system or similar Industry

  • Should have good written and oral communication skills.
  • Excellent problem solving and critical thinking ability.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Team management experience in audio/visual integration vertical.
  • Should preferably hold U.A.E driving license but not mandatory.
  • Ability to think and work independently, meeting deadlines as necessary.
